Project DescriptionThe scope of work includes, but not limited to, renovation to convert an existing Media Center into Maker Space (STEM Lab) and construction of new one story Media Center with a connection to the existing building. The scope to renovate the Existing Media Center into a new Maker Space will involve building system modifications including electrical, sprinkler, mechanical, and limited plumbing. The new multipurpose addition will include approximately a one- story addition that will receive electrical, mechanical, and limited plumbing.

• Alterations in existing Media Center to convert to Maker Space:
- 1 New Common Area with Flexible Classroom Space

- 2 New Offices
- 1 New Storage Room

- New open friction porous pavement driveway
