The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of (2) two ceilingmounted interior air handler units and associated ductwork and hot water piping; to be replaced with (1) one new exterior pad-mounted air handling unit with new ductwork and associated gas piping and electrical conduits. The existing lawn will also be replaced with a new hardscape surface to accommodate the new air handling unit.
