The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of existing shingle roofing and flashing at the entirety of the facility. The existing felt and shingle roofing system on sloped surfaces will be removed and replaced, the existing flashing will be removed and replaced at all valleys, rising walls, around existing penetrations, the existing ice & water shield leak barrier will be removed and replaced at all eaves, and the existing gutters will be removed & replaced.
