The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new air conditioning
throughout building corridors to supplement previous HVAC upgrades project. The
removal/replacement of exhaust fans and installation of new gravity relief ventilators, as well as the
installation of new heat pumps and a new outside air unit, and the removal and replacement of the
corridor ceilings.
