The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, select exterior envelope (masonry) repairs on the 1930s original building of Millburn Middle School. Exterior envelope repairs include masonry stitching/repointing/replacement, terracotta & limestone repointing/refinishing/repairs/replacements, window & lintel repairs/replacements, and through wall unit ventilator vent removal and replacement with plaster & brick to match existing, adjacent construction.
