The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:

A.The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, select exterior site work improvementsincluding a new accessible ramp and masonry repairs at Grover Cleveland Elementary School,select exterior site work improvements at Madison Elementary School, select exterior masonryrepairs, site work, front stair replacement, alterations to include a security vestibule, andgreenhouse repairs at Rahway High School.

B.Exterior site improvements include, but are not limited to the replacement of sidewalks, stairs,addition of bollards and the addition of an accessible ramp at school noted above. Masonryrepairs include masonry restoration, stone replacements, window/door opening lintelrepairs/replacement, and front stair replacement at the High School only. The security vestibuleincludes but is not limited to the replacement and addition of doors, a security office, andaccess controls. The greenhouse repairs include repairs to existing concrete structural supports,masonry restoration, and greenhouse glass replacement.

C.The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete constructiondocumentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and is notlimited by the brief summary of work provided here.
