The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, lighting and exhaust upgrades at shop classrooms. Include replacement of existing lighting with new LED equivalents, upgrades to exhaust system in-kind consisting of new equipment and distribution. Include exterior concrete pad & fencing. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
