(8613) The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of rooftop units at Bridgewater-Raritan Regional Middle School that serve the Cafeteria spaces. The existing heating and ventilating units will be replaced to provide heating, cooling, and ventilation. Existing interior ductwork will be removed and replaced with larger ductwork to allow for cooling. The new units will be sized for MERV 13 filters and will be provided with bipolar ionization equipment and demand control ventilation to minimize outside air when the spaces are not occupied. The existing cafeteria window storefronts will be removed and replaced.


(8614) The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of rooftop units at Bridgewater Raritan Regional Middle School that serve the North Classroom Wing. The units will be a direct replacement to provide heating, cooling, and ventilation reusing existing interior ductwork. The new units will be sized for MERV 13 filters and will be provided with bipolar ionization equipment.
