The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing sloped shingled roofing located at BOE offices. The new roofing system will entail new asphaltic shingles with a manufacturer warranty. Include removal and replacement of the existing eaves, cornice, gutter system, fascia, soffit with new. Exterior improvements to building facade include removal and replacement of existing column enclosures with new.
