The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing roofing system down to the roof deck with new insulation and built up roofing at Oak View Elementary School. There will be a new membrane installed, new insulation, new roof drains, and new metal edge coping, as well as various additional roofing components necessary for the installation of the new roof.
