The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the (1) Removal and replacement of an existing exterior concrete steps and railroad tie earth steps with a new concrete stair and; (2) Removal and replacement of existing wood stairs with a new concrete stair. Work also includes new handrails, modular block retaining wall system and fencing.
