8845MHS: The scope of work for this project includes a full replacement of the roof system on the select portions of the building (Over the Gym, Roof L), Including, but not limited to, the replacement of all insulation down to the existing metal roof deck, membranes and flashings, metal edge trim, and drains. Existing mechanical equipment shall be raised as required to accommodate new insulation heights.
8845VMMS: The scope of work includes but is not limited to, a full replacement of the roof system on the select portions of the building (Over the art/science wing, roof).
