The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new (1) one story addition to the existing Central Elementary School which will include six (6) new fifth-grade classrooms with supporting spaces, one (1) new small group instruction, one (1) new multi-purpose room, three (3) new single-fixture restrooms, relocation of the existing gas meter, and the expansion and repaving of the front driveway loop and bus lane. New mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems will be included as part of the new addition.
