The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the exterior stairs that serve as second
means of egress which have deteriorated and are beyond repair and their useful life at Edgemont Elementary
School and the Montclair Community Pre-K.
The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete construction documentation,
including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and is not limited by the brief summary of
work provided here.
