The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof down to the roof structure and installation of a cold-applied, modified bituminous membrane roof system over a tapered insulation system and a torch-applied, modified bituminous membrane roof system with a flood coat and aggregate surfacing over a tapered insulation system in the courtyard.
