Watsessing ES:

  1. Hot-water heating conversion and full HVAC replacement at Watsessing ES, including but not limited to boiler replacement, new hydronic piping, new unit-ventilators, new       radiant heating units, new vented cabinets / shelving, and new central chiller system.

  2. New BMS control system.

  3. Electrical service upgrade to accommodate new air-conditioning loads and technology equipment. Electrical work related to the HVAC work.

  4. Window replacement and related fenestrations.

  5. Abatement related to all the work described above.

Carteret ES:

  1. HVAC upgrades consisting of the following but, not limited to replacement of unit ventilators (UV) and new vented cabinets / shelving to tie into existing steam heating system.

  2. New BMS control system for new equipment.

  3. Electrical service upgrade to accommodate new air-conditioning loads and technology equipment. Electrical       work related to the HVAC work.

  4. Abatement related to all the work described above.

Early Childhood Center:

  1. HVAC upgrades consisting of the following but, not limited to replacement of unit ventilators (UV) and new vented cabinets / shelving to tie into existing hot-water heating system.

  2. New BMS control system for new equipment.

  3. Electrical service upgrade to accommodate new air-conditioning loads and technology equipment. Electrical work related to the HVAC work.

  4. Curtain wall replacement and related fenestrations.

  5. Abatement related to all the work described above.
