The project scope includes, but is not limited to; the removal of existing unit ventilators throughout the building with new unit ventilators to provide heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The unit ventilators will also contain provisions for GPS ionization, a technology housed within each unit ventilator that charges particles to aid in air filtration. New condensers to provide cooling will be roof mounted.
