The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to; the removal and replacement of existing hot water piping to the Academic Wing. The removal and replacement of existing unit ventilators with new that will contain provisions for GPS ionization. The pneumatic controls for the unit ventilators will be replaced with new electronic controls. The addition of a chiller and pump skid to provide cooling capabilities to the new unit ventilators. The existing roof over the breezeway, leading from the main building to the academic wing, will be replaced with a new roofing system.
