The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing walk-in cooler and freezer unit located adjacent to the Cafeteria at Hamburg School. The existing unit is pad-mounted within a fenced enclosure and will be replaced in kind. Include the demolition of the existing concrete pad, walk-in-unit and corresponding equipment, connections, roof, fencing enclosure. Provide new cooler & freezer walk-in unit with corresponding equipment and connections on a new concrete pad. Include walk-in unit interior shelving & accessories. Include new walk-in unit electrical wiring and recircuiting to electrical panel at different location.
