The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
A. The scope of this project includes but is not limited to select interior and exterior renovations/repairs to accommodate the replacement of unit ventilators system, including controls, and casework, in one wing of the school. In addition to the replacement of the unit ventilators, modification of the outside air intake (OAI) louvers will be required at locations along the window wall and select roof locations.
B. The Scope of Work for the project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and is not limited by the brief summary of work provided here.
