The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following: repaving approximately 21,890 square feet of existing rear parking lot and driveway. We are assuming 25% of the scope area will need full-depth reconstruction and 75% of the existing pavement will be milled with 1.5” of overlay. The scope of work will include new parking lot striping.
