The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the following: the removal of one (1) existing steam boiler and replacing it with a new high efficiency steam boiler. Existing equipment (including, but not limited to, water heater, storage tank, pumps, expansion tanks, louvers, etc.) and equipment pads to remain. Existing boiler room piping to be removed and replaced as needed (to a minimum). The new steam boiler will be connected to the existing controls and new breeching to the existing breeching from the two (2) existing steam boilers.
