The scope of this project includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing H&V air handling unit, exhaust & louver infrastructure, and associated ductwork. Also included is the installation of a new gas-fired, pad-mounted HVAC unit, replacement & installation of temporary window panels at select locations, new round ductwork, and required electrical connection. Also included is extending the existing gas line, painting the ceiling, tying new equipment into the existing BMS controls system. Insulation of the main piping run through the Auxiliary Gymnasium is to be removed and replaced.
