The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, a full replacement of the roof system on select portions of the building (over Multi-Purpose Room, Roof A), including, but not limited to, the replacement of all insulation down to the existing roof deck, membranes & flashings, metal edge trim, and roof drains.
