The removal and replacement of the existing roofing system down to the roof deck with the installation of a new built-up roofing system at various areas at Samuel E. Shull Middle School. There will be a new roofing membrane installed, new insulation, and new roof drains, as well as various additional roofing components necessary for the installation of the new roof.
