The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing Natatorium & Pool Filter Annex in preparation for a future Addition. Provide a rough-graded lawn area, including stabilization & preparation of existing soil capable of supporting future Addition. The existing pool area & filter annex will be infilled and compacted. The area of work will be rough graded to ensure positive drainage away from the remaining building. The existing domed structure and associated components will be removed. The existing concrete pool deck, built-in equipment, and associated components will be removed. Existing sub-grade piping & electrical infrastructure will be removed & relocated to the greatest extent possible. Existing utilities will be safe-off to the nearest point as applicable. Existing Natatorium & Pool Filter Annex side walls and floor will be removed and temporarily braced as needed.
