The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of two (2) multi-fixture restrooms and an addition of one (1) new single-fixture restroom. The restrooms will be fully renovated to include new finishes on the walls, floors & ceilings along with new fixtures, partitions, and accessories. New lighting systems will be provided as well as improvements made to the existing ventilation system in the restrooms.
