The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of approximately 22,950 sf of roofing located at the rear wing of Long Pond School. The existing flat roof system will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and a modified bitumen multi-ply roofing system with pitched rigid insulation will be installed. The existing sloped roof will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and an asphalt shingle system will be installed. Existing perimeter metal edge, roof drains, and flashings will also be replaced with new.
