The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of existing science rooms 231, 233 and prep room at Wayne Hills High School. The renovation is expected to “gut” the space and to provide all new finishes including floor, wall, ceiling, and science furniture. The existing utilizes will be relocated and/or extended to accommodate the new layout with all new plumbing lines/fixtures, HVAC, lighting, and data.
