The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing unit ventilators and thermostats at Taylor Street Elementary School with new unit ventilators to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. This will include the installation of roof or pad mounted condensers. The existing electrical service will be upgraded to serve the additional electrical loads needed for the condensers. The Alternate scope includes, but is not limited to, electrical upgrades to the existing panels at Washington Memorial Elementary School and additional power outlets to classrooms.
