The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the provision of a new Pre-K restroom for use by the adjacent Pre-Kindergarten classrooms. New plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Life Safety work will be needed as well as new finishes for floors, walls, and ceilings in the new restroom and adjacent spaces.
