The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of the roof in the rear wing of the Clara E Coleman Elementary School. The existing roof membrane and insulation system will be removed down to the existing decking and replaced with a new multi-ply built up roof membrane system with tapered rigid insulation. Included will be the installation of new metal edge, roof drains and flashing as required.
