The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of approximately 65,300 square feet of roof in the rear wing of the building. The existing roof membrane and insulation system will be removed down to the existing decking and replaced with a new multi-ply built up roof membrane system with a tapered rigid insulation. Included will be the installation of new metal edge, roof drains and flashing required as well as replacement of the atrium skylight.
