The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of 53,300 SF of roof throughout the building. The existing roof membrane and insulation system will be removed down to the existing decking and replaced with a new multi-ply built up roof membrane system with a tapered rigid insulation. Included will be the installation of a new metal edge, roof drains and flashing required.
