The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roof system down to the roof deck and the installation of a new Roof System. There will be new insulation, a new modified bitumen roof system and new metal edge fascia or metal coping as well as various additional roof flashings and components necessary for the installation of the new roofing system.
