The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of new building additions & classroom renovations based on an application for the ‘Securing Our Children’s Future Bond Act”. Proposed improvements will be made to the ‘Career Technical Education (CTE)’ Program of Study consisting of new one-story building addition to the existing 1967 building wing of Sussex County Technical School for (2) new CTE classrooms with supporting spaces and (1) new building addition extension to an existing CTE classroom. Additionally, renovations will be made to existing CTE program classrooms. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
