The scope of the work for this project at Alterations of Existing Art Room to Pre-K Classroom & Room 115, includes, but is not limited to, the conversion of an existing Art Room to a Pre-K classroom with the addition of a single-occupancy bathroom. Room 115 includes, but is not limited to, the removal of an existing partition, patching and repairing affected ceiling and floor finishes, and minimal electrical work to address lighting.
