The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of two (2) Pre-K restrooms and associated improvements, as well as two (2) classroom sinks in Classrooms 6 & 7. New exhaust fans, plumbing and electrical infrastructure will be needed as well as modifications to life safety systems. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
