The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the partial replacement and restoration of the roof at Hopatcong High School. Approximately 75,000 square feet of the existing roof membrane and insulation system will be removed down to the existing decking and replaced with a new multi-ply builtup roof membrane and insulation. Approximately 24,500 square feet of the existing roof system will be properly prepared and primed to receive a new fluid-applied roofing system.
