The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of approximately 35,000 sqft EPDM roofing system and selective demolition of wet insulation at Tulsa Trail Elementary School. The contractor shall provide new additional insulation and a new modified bitumen roofing system, with associated components. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
