Gymnasium HVAC Upgrades at Grover Cleveland Middle School and James Caldwell High School

The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing air handling units and installation of new roof top units to provide heat and cooling to the existing Gymnasiums.
ARCHITECTURAL: removal and replacement of existing plaster ceiling as indicated;
MECHANICAL: new equipment, exposed spiral ductwork;
ELECTRICAL: service upgrade, solar panel alteration NOT anticipated;
PLUMBING: new gas piping;
STRUCTURAL: as needed to support new equipment;
ROOFING: removal and replacement of approximately 500 square feet of existing roof system with new multi-ply roof membrane and insulation, replacement of associated metal edge where indicated, and new RTU screen where indicated.
SITE: n/a. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
