The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, District-wide interior improvements & renovations at (4) separate schools in different locations. Lincoln Elementary School includes alterations to accommodate Main Office & Nurse Suite relocation with select classrooms, renovations to Media Center, replacement of existing floor finishes in classrooms & corridors school wide, electrical panel seal repairs, & new water main tie-in. Jefferson Elementary School, Washington Elementary School, & Wilson Elementary School includes renovations to Media Center. Contract Documents define the full project scope.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
