The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to:
Phase (01) consisting of removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing corridor ceiling and light fixtures for all floors. Existing ceiling-mounted systems on existing ceiling system to remain and be reattached to new ceiling system. New HVAC & Plumbing piping to bypass existing to be provided in corridor and rerouted to existing heat units & plumbing fixtures. Patching the existing roof deck/membrane, core drilling, masonry openings, partial wall demolition, and temporary removal of the existing ceiling grids inside rooms. Abatement at corridors.
Phase (02): Existing HVAC & Plumbing piping inaccessible inside crawl spaces to be abandoned. New HVAC & Plumbing branch lines to tie-in to existing heat units & plumbing fixtures located inside rooms. Ceilings inside rooms to be modified to accommodate the new branch lines & tie-ins. Selective abatement at units & fixtures. System start-up & switchover; previous HVAC & Plumbing system to be removed to greatest extent possible.
