The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, science lab gut renovations in rooms 238, 240, 245, 247, and two prep rooms, including all finishes, HVAC, elec, windows, doors, minor wall renovations, and hazardous abatement, and rooms 200, 202, 203, 214 & 215 and prep room, including all casework, associated piping & wiring for utility connections at perimeter of room, finishes, lighting and HVAC upgrades, window replacements, and hazardous abatement. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
