The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the existing Security Vestibule at Ethel Hoppock Middle School and Thomas Conley Elementary School. At Ethel Hoppock Middle school, the scope includes required modifications to adjacent Main Office that are affected by construction along with a replacement of Exterior Doors #6. At Thomas Conley Elementary school, the scope includes a renovation to adjacent classrooms and replacement of an exterior window and boiler room door. The Contract Documents define the full project scope.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
