The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of soldier brick course over windows at the second floor level. Steel lintels to be cleaned and protected while exposed. Repair or replace steel lintels if needed. Other brick cracks and masonry repointing to also be addressed across facades and around chimney.
