The scope includes, but is not limited to, new restroom, adjacent to the media center. As well as add sinks with bubblers at Classrooms #12, #13, #14, #15, and provide new separation double door and wall in hallway near existing restrooms. Alternate #1 work includes the renovations and alterations to the existing girls and boys’ restrooms, including, but not limited to, removal and replacement of plumbing fixtures with new child-sized fixtures, removal and replacement of branch plumbing piping, new ceiling and lighting, chase wall demolition and reconstruction, new finishes and related miscellaneous work.
