The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, The replacement of four (4) roof top units and one make-up air unit (MAU) in kind at Glen Rock High School and Middle School. Structural reinforcement will be provided as needed to support new equipment.
Alternate: Provide the additional cost to clean the existing ductwork associated with each of the HVAC equipment listed in the base bid scope of work. Amount to be included: 825 linear feet.
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid

(C008) GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
(C009) GENERAL CONSTRUCTION/ALTERATIONS/ADDITIONS
If prime bidding contractor is DPMC qualified for C008 or C009, bidder is required to have a DPMC qualification for C032 HVACR or a C032 HVACR subcontractor.
