The scope includes, but is not limited to, renovating a small portion of the existing girl’s locker room. Specifically vacating approximately 2/3 of the shower area, currently used as storage, and converting it into an additional team room. The remaining shower area will be renovated and approximately five shower stalls will be retained for use for the girl’s locker room and boy’s locker room. The scope includes a complete gut of the area and the plumbing, electric, mechanical and finishes will be impacted in this area only.
Bidding Requirements:
