The project scope includes but not limited to, replacing the entire existing roof system at the Irwin Elementary School with a new multi-ply layered built-up roof membrane system to match the district standard. The existing roofing system will be removed in its entirety down to sound substrate and a modified bitumen multi-plyroofing system with insulation will be installed. Perimeter metal edge, roof drains, and flashings will also be replaced as indicated. Existing roof top unit curbs will be flashed and associated ductwork will be extended
Bidding Requirements:
Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid
